DAY 1 - HOME CITY – ANCHORAGE, ALASKA
Fly to Anchorage, Alaska. Upon arrival, we will board our exclusive sightseeing motorcoach for an orientation of Anchorage. After checking into our hotel, we will enjoy a “Welcome-to-the-Tour” dinner this evening. Inlet Tower Suites or similar (D)
DAY 2 - ANCHORAGE – TALKEETNA – DENALI NATIONAL PARK
Following breakfast, enjoy a tour of Anchorage sights to include the historic downtown district. Later travel by private coach as we continue north alongside the stunning Chugach Mountain Range to the mountain-climbing community of Talkeetna. Take in the feel of this quaint community on a brief walking tour led by your tour director or create an adventure on an optional and unforgettable scenic jet boat excursion. DAY 3 - DENALI NATIONAL PARK SIGHTS
Following breakfast, enjoy an early morning narrated eight-hour Tundra Wildlife Search featuring the scenic beauty and wildlife living in Denali National Park. During our tour, a box lunch will be served in the midst of the natural beauty. Later this afternoon you may opt for various optional activities. Denali Park Resort or similar (B,L)
DAY 4 - DENALI HIGHWAY TO VALDEZ
This morning we will travel by coach through some of Alaska’s most spectacular country…the Denali Highway.. Overnight in Valdez, a town locals refer to as “Little Switzerland”. DAY 5 - VALDEZ - GLACIER WILDLIFE CRUISE - CORDOVA, ALASKA
This morning we will board Stan Stephens Glacier and Wildlife Cruises for an unforgettable and PRIVATE eight hour cruise, including lunch, on the majestic Prince William Sound. Orca Adventure Lodge or similar (B,L,D)
DAY 6 - CORDOVA AT LEISURE - CHILD’S GLACIER - BBQ DINNER - ALASKA PARK RANGER
This morning is set aside for you to enjoy this magnificent area of Alaska. This afternoon we will travel to Child’s Glacier for a BBQ dinner and bonfire at the base of this incredible Glacier. TBI has included an Alaskan Park Ranger to join us and educate our guests on the importance of this eco-system. Later return to Cordova for the night. Orca Adventure Lodge or similar (B,D)
DAY 7 - SMALL SHIP CRUISING OF THE PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND
CORDOVA TO WHITTIER - BOARD SHIP
This morning board an exclusive Stan Stephens Glacier & Wildlife Cruise for a seven-hour adventure, including lunch, on Prince William Sound enroute to Whittier, Alaska. Travel the shorelines of the Sound, see Columbia Glacier and watch for sea-life playing in their natural habitat. Upon arrival in Whittier, transfer to our cruise liner, the Island Princess, for an unforgettable seven-night, southbound cruise. (B,L,D)
