Arrive in Chicago, IL and make your way to the Embassy Suites – Downtown/Lakefront (information for easy ground transportation provided in your final documents). After check-in at the hotel, relax and get settled. Registration will be in the lobby where you'll meet the Tour Host along with the other travelers on the Trip. Following registration, depart the hotel for the infamous Harry Caray’s Restaurant, where you can mix, mingle, and talk baseball along with enjoying great appetizers and soft drinks. The group will then make the short trip to Cellular Field prior to the New York Yankees vs. Chicago White Sox game. Catch some batting practice and enjoy a great ballpark that opened in 1991. After the game, we'll return to the hotel and you are free to enjoy the sights and sounds of Chicago or retire to bed before your exciting day two.

This morning we depart via motor coach after breakfast for a short ride to Milwaukee. Enjoy the history of an American icon at the Harley Davidson Museum and then it's off to the game. You can make a stop at Autograph Alley located in the “Hot Corner” on the field level of Miller Park before the game. After seeing the Pittsburgh Pirates vs. Milwaukee Brewers, we head back to the Embassy Suites to rest up for another big day ahead.

Sleep in a little or get up and explore on the morning of Day Three. We meet up late morning at the hotel to catch the second New York Yankees vs. Chicago White Sox game at Cellular Field.  This game is of great significance because it’s Frank Thomas Day and the first 10,000 fans receive a Frank Thomas bobblehead. The Chicago White Sox will be retiring Frank Thomas’s number (35) that day. After the festivities and game, the evening is yours to explore all that the Windy City has to offer.

Day Four starts with some time on your own again to see what you didn't get to yesterday or enjoy a late morning. Then it's time for an informative and entertaining City Tour of Chicago. In the evening, it's off to historic Wrigley Field as the Pittsburgh Pirates visit the Chicago Cubs. The Ivy of Wrigley Field reminds us of the history of this incredible game and why we love it. Since 1914, this legendary ballpark has hosted many heroes of the game, now it’s your turn! After the game we head back to the Embassy Suites for our last evening with the group. Don't forget to share your emails and phone numbers so that you can reminisce and share photos about your experience for years to come!

After breakfast, depart Chicago at your leisure.

Deposit Policy: If paying by credit card, full payment is required at the time of booking. If paying by check, a deposit of $200 per person is required within 7 days of your reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.

 

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds are given less $50 administrative fee per traveler if written notice is received in our Hatfield office 90 days or more prior to departure. Refund given less $100 administrative fee per traveler if written notice is received in our office 46-89 days prior to departure. No refund given if cancellation is 0-45 days prior to departure unless space can be refilled from a waiting list, at which time a $200 fee per traveler will be charged. Intra-trip air, rail fares that are part of the trip cost and Upgraded Tickets will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be given for unused portions of a program.
